Based on our customer base of independent pharmacies and retailers, excellent use of English is essential. We would also love to speak to candidates who are bi-lingual (or more)

We believe in providing a

  • A Core basic salary so everyone has the same start point - £20,000
  • A Highly competitive bonus and commission Structure in that you can increase your basic by 50% to 75%
  • A vehicle allowance of £4,500 plus mileage payments
  • Uncapped earnings so those who believe in themselves and their approach to new business and/or nurturing and growing existing customers can achieve 150% of their basic salary

As a MUST, you will be confident and demonstrable able with:-

  • Admin tasks/Account management
  • A great understanding and application of numbers and data
  • You must be able to demonstrate client engagement & retention
  • IT programs (standard Office programs, CRM and bespoke packages)
  • All communication and interaction types
  • Time management, including self-management and timely report submission
  • Daily travel within a given Region
  • Approaching and opening new business opportunities (phone contact and pavement treading) – HUNTER

OR / AND

  • Client account ownership, product demonstration, client engagement (Phone and face to face) - FARMER

Requirements

  • FULL DRIVING LICENCE and access to a vehicle
  • Experience with beauty products would be preferred but certainly not essential. (Perfumery, aftershaves, lotions, creams and serums)
  • Working knowledge of Consumer/ FMCG/ Health & Beauty outlets, including B2B Convenience stores and retail outlets (not critical but it certainly helps)
  • Eligibility to work in the UK for 12 months minimum - sorry, we do not sponsor
  • Whilst a fast paced sales background is preferred, we would love to hear from individuals who stand out from the norm and are able to demonstrate their transferrable skills.
