Highly Competitive Earning Potential

  • CORE Basic Salary of £20,000
  • Vehicle Allowance of £4,500 per annum plus paid mileage
  • Uncapped Commission - OTE of circa £10k to 16K - uncapped based on further new business
  • Annual Performance Bonus of a max 5% of Net Sales

As a MUST, you will be confident and be able to demonstrate:-

  • Ownership and accountability of Admin tasks/Account management
  • A great understanding and application of numbers and data
  • Active client engagement & retention
  • Use of IT programs (standard Office programs, CRM and bespoke packages)
  • Have very good/excellent verbal and written English - bi-lingual an advantage but not mandatory
  • Comfortable with daily travel within a large geographical area, excellent time management, including self management and timely report submission
  • Approaching and opening new business opportunities (phone contact and pavement treading)

Requirements

  • FULL DRIVING LICENCE and ACCESS to a vehicle
  • Experience with beauty products would be preferred but certainly not essential. (Perfumery, aftershaves, lotions, creams and serums)
  • Working knowledge of Consumer/ FMCG/ Health & Beauty outlets, including B2B Convenience stores and retail outlets (not critical but it certainly helps)
  • Eligibility to work in the UK for 12 months minimum - sorry, we do not sponsor
  • Exposure to field/regional work within a fast paced sales background with multiple client accounts is strongly desired.

Application Process

Stage 1 - Interviews will be a 20 to 30 minute phone interview with the Talent Director

Stage 2 - 45-60 minute interview with HR and a National Sales Manager/MD

Stage 3 - Zoom or Face to Face role play/presentation with National Sales Managers

Salary: £20,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
